On Aug 5th we start the official Stingray Cross Country season! As we want to ensure a fun and safe season, please make sure you have completed the necessary CIF forms needed to participate in sports. CIF Rules state that without the CIF sports clearance, student-athletes can not attend official team practice. After Aug 5, students without their sports clearance will have to sit out until they are cleared. Please reach out with any questions.
A reminder about the REMIND App: Please take a moment to download the REMIND app. This app will help with Stingray team communication. Please use this app to text me anything pertaining to the team, such as absences, injuries, scheduling conflicts, concerns/ ideas for the team, etc. To join our group, you will need to download the app> then text the code @d66d3a to the phone number 81010. In looking ahead to our 2022-2023 Cross Country Fundraisers: The first for the season is our Stingray Team Store which will run from Aug 1- Aug 19, 2022. Click HERE to enter the Team Store website. (Please note the site will not launch until Aug 1). This is an online store with official "Stingray Cross Country" gear and swag to choose from. Anyone can purchase from this online Team Store to support the team. A percentage of the sales will go to Stingray Cross Country.
Following that, we will have a one week fundraiser at RoadRunner Sport in Carlsbad. During the week of Aug 22-26, 2022 anyone can get a 20% discount for mentioning the XC Fundraiser, and then a percentage of total sales will also go to our team.
Finally, as it was so successful last season, we will be holding another 28-day Stingray SnapRaise Campaign starting on Sept 5, 2022. This is a big fundraiser that has allowed for many upgrades to happen in the 2022-2023 season! Thank you in advance for supporting our fundraisers, as this is where much of our funds come from.
