NOTE SCHEDULE CHANGE: I had a vote and students all preferred to be in the CAH Gym this first Wednesday of school, and all Wednesdays moving forward. So practice these next few weeks are as follows:

Week 2:

Tuesday Aug 16: 4:30pm-6:00pm @ Guajome Park (Parents Drop Off)

Wednesday Aug 17: 4:00pm-6:00pm @ CAH GYM

Thursday Aug 18: 4:00pm-6:00pm @ Guajome Park - CARPOOL NEEDED

Friday Aug 19: 4:00pm-6:00pm @ Guajome Park - CARPOOL NEEDED
-Internal Time Trial- 2 miles: Students will be officially timed this day and entered into athletics.net
