Monday 2/20 NO PRACTICE- Optional Home Workout: Do the following workout-make variations as needed
Various sit-ups for 10 minutes (crunches, side crunches, sit-ups, leg-ups, etc)
Push-ups (max)
Wall Sits 5 minutes
20 lunges
Planks 3-5 minutes
Stretch 15 minutes
Light jog or jump rope if possible
Tuesday 2/21 @CAH Weight Room: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday 2/22 @Guajome Park: 3:30pm-5:30pm
