Monday 2/27 Home Workout: Do the following workout at home-make variations as needed
Various sit-ups for 10 minutes (crunches, side crunches, sit-ups, leg-ups, etc)
Push-ups (max)
Wall Sits 5 minutes
20 lunges
Planks 3-5 minutes
Stretch 15 minutes
Light jog or jump rope if possible

Wednesday 3/1 @MOVED TO WEIGHT ROOM 3:10-5:00pm
Thursday 3/2 @Guajome Park: 3:30pm-5:30pm
