Monday 3/27 Home Workout: Do the following workout at home-make variations as needed
Shin Splint Exercises and stretches
Recovery stretches
Various sit-ups for 10 minutes (crunches, side crunches, sit-ups, leg-ups, etc)
Push-ups (max)
Wall Sits 5 minutes
20-40 lunges
Planks 3-5 minutes
Stretch 15 minutes
Light jog / jump rope
Ice if needed
