Monday 3/20 Home Workout: Do the following workout at home-make variations as needed
Shin Splint Exercises and stretches
Recovery stretches
Various sit-ups for 10 minutes (crunches, side crunches, sit-ups, leg-ups, etc)
Push-ups (max)
Wall Sits 5 minutes
20-40 lunges
Planks 3-5 minutes
Stretch 15 minutes
Light jog / jump rope
Ice if needed
Tuesday 3/21 @CAH Weight Room: 3:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesday 3/22 @CAh Weight Room: 3:30pm-5:30pm Location: 1290 Ivey Ranch Rd, Oceanside, CA 92057
Thursday 3/23 @PACIFIC LEAGUE RACE #[email protected] Glen High School: 4:00pm-8:00pm
Location: 2200 Glenridge Rd, Escondido, CA 92027
-Students will be dismissed at 1:45pm to dress out and leave by 1:55pm to allow for drive time, parking, set up and warm up.
-Students must arrive at Orange Glen's Track by 2:45pm
-Athletes bring their uniform, shoes, snacks, water, jacket/sweater, sun block, etc.
-Student-athletes will be sitting in the bleachers while not in competition.
Please Note: Parents are NOT allowed on the track at any time. Students are NOT allowed, unless signing-up or competing.
There are bleachers so plan accordingly. Races start promptly at 4:00pm.

Friday 3/24 @Guajome Park: 3:30pm-5:00pm
