Monday 1/15
1:00 to 3:30 at Guajome Park Lake
-Come prepared to run in the sand and around the lake
-Even though it is a holiday we will take advantage of this afternoon

Wednesday 1/17 Morning Practice is not happening due to end-of-semester conferences.

Thursday 1/18 Coastal West Weightroom Practice
8:00-10:00 a.m. since that day is a home catch-up day for all students. We will get our workout done early and then students will have the rest of the day to work on schoolwork.
-Come prepared to take some notes and workout in the gym
