Saturday 2/3
Due to rain and the courts not being available to us this day- canceled. Instead, students should run 2 to 3 miles on their own. Running two to three miles is almost equivalent to one game of beach volleyball. If students struggle with running that distance consistently, they should use the intervals of 1 minute and thirty seconds of running and then 30 seconds of jogging. Then repeat until the distance is completed.
Monday 2/5

8:00-9:00 a.m.
Come prepared to work out. Try to show up dressed at 8 a.m.
Thursday 2/8 Coastal West Weightroom Practice
3:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m.
-Come prepared to take some notes and workout in the gym
Saturday 2/10- FIRST DAY OF IN SEASON PRACTICE- It is finally here!
*All team members should show up this day (Mandatory) *Unless you have checked in with me and been excused*
8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Oceanside Harbor Courts
*Dress for exercising, comfort, and warmth.
This Saturday will be a team bonding day! The plan is to have practice from 8 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. This will be the first day that the team will be all together. Part of you being on the team is showing up on this day. Afterwards, parents and family are welcome to come for a beach day from 11 to noonish. Bring siblings and the whole gang. This will be a time for everyone to get to know each other. We will have a net set up to play queens or adults vs students beach volleyball games. After everything, we will plan to go to the IN-N-Out near the harbor as a team. Everyone is invited! Please mark your calendars now!
